Well this was unexpected!
I wonder how the alternate costumes will work. I don't really think they warrant an extra character slot, though that's the only way I can think of that they could do it, which could mean they might be more limited which I don't want.
Also this could make it possible for Petey Piranha and King Boo to return, right Nintendo? riiiiiight?

I am kind of ticked off at Tanooki Mario and Cat Peach. We already have baby and metal incarnations of them both. But I really love the new crossover aspect. Plus, this is probably the only time you'll ever see Isabelle driving a Mercedes.

The crossovers are pretty great, but yeah, if the Tanooki/Cat versions are just separate characters and Mario and Peach are the only ones to get them, I'm probably not going to like them very much. If they at least give them to Weegee and Rosalina, I might warm up to them though.

This is amazing. It's basically Super Smash Kart at this point. Honestly I'm more interested in the fact that with each DLC pack you get 8 new tracks... and that some of them are going to be F-Zero/Zelda/Animal Crossing themed.

Excitebike, F-Zero, and Ice Ice Outpost track rule, Hyrule's okay, but the Dragon level feels like the low point for me of all eight. Still all right, but eh. I guess Rainbow Road SNES is a contender for low point, too, but I like that track to begin with.

One of your peeps needs to create a Private room. Then the others must looks in the Friendlist and klick on the guy with the Finish Flag on it. Then just use the Button what says to play or Join his room (dunno whats the english name for that is...)
That actually need to be all.
And just as information: Please play with COMs! Without them u get to 99% mushrooms at the 2nd Place.

Waiting on one of my usuals to stream it, since I'm a loser who doesn't own a Wii U. I cannot wait to see people take advantage of 200cc.

I made already one and completed it with 3 Stars in the first Try. I actually sat more completing the missing 3 stars for the new Cups on 50 - 150cc today.
I really dont know wich track is worse on the new DLC: Baby Park or Cheese Land :X

Apparently both Ribbon Road and Cheese Land are back, two of my favorites from GBA.
They look so much different now though.

I liked Wild Woods and Big Blue the most of the new tracks. 200cc can be crazy at times, but I love the speed you get. In Dolphin Shoals, you can fly over the last turn if you have enough momentum, making that track so much better.

Yeah I just looked up a video and it looks ass. Nothing like the original, where are the mice, and wtf are those chain chomps doing here. I'm not sure why I got my hopes up
e : oh right, I actually played the first DLC thanks to club nintendo and the F-Zero track was okay, I like how they used the healing zones.

got halfway trought with 3 star rank i 200cc without using the break
Leaf Cup's Sherbert Land was awful. Not because the curse was shitty, mostly more it's like "Get hit by everything without a chance to dodge that crap". Cost me a whole Hour to get a 3 star rank just because of this fagging track.

Yeah, braking makes it so your performance is actually reliable
