For that, most people require the game. And since it was released yesterday/today, I don't think everybody who would be interested in a tournament has the game already.

Fair point, I just thought I'd bring it up while the game was still fresh on my mind, but I'm fine with waiting if not everyone has it yet.

Coins have 2 purposes:
1. Unlocking vehicle parts.
2. When you have 10 you get a small boost every time you collect more.

Sadly, there is no (known) boo character.
