I know it goes until the end of the day today, but I remember someone (Sept?) mentioned starting tomorrow, and that's soon enough that we should probably start talking about some specifics like what time it should happen or what exactly we will be racing.
I was thinking 4 pm EST tomorrow. I do now know who has software that can edit everything into one video. We can have maybe 4 videos.

Should I try to balance the starters? I currently have a rom with Dragoniti, Sandslash, and Onix. I do not know their abilities or movesets. If we go completely random, we might have a race of all Moltress starters.

The 3 starters you chose are terrible
Onix- Can't evolve until WAY too late in the game
Sandshrew- Learns nothing by himself
Dratini- Useless until lv 55 (aka WAY too late)

Stick to the original trio and randomize the rest.

I guess you could also randomize the starters and rule out legendaries or something, but I'd be fine with the original trio, too.

The moveset is randomized. I might do the original trio.

Ah... Of it's 4PM, I may have to bow out.
That's 5AM over here, and I can't do anything then. :c

Sorry. ;n;

Would 4PM only be for the skype group? Maybe we could instead have a deadline as to when we must post our footage. Imposing schedules, especially if people live in different time zones, would just reduce our number greatly.

Yes, it would only be for the Skype group. I have no clue if someone will even edit the Skype group's videos together. We may just forget the video thing if we don't get enough people.

The non video people won't be obligated by a strict timeline, with the thing being based on gametime.

How long can we expect today's Skype session to be? It's starting in about three hours, right? Sunday nights are important to some people :colbert:

Also we should probably get everything like Skype chats and such in motion.

You can PM me for my Skype, but I'm not sure the Skype thing is even going to happen. Someone will have to edit the videos together and no one volunteered.

Yo, if you want to take part in the Skype call you should really get in touch with someone about it! (probably Sept!) Not too much time left before the call starts!

...Also, it would definitely be starting less than three hours from then, Blisvey. Sorry about not catching that earlier! Never mind I'm terrible with time zones, even my own

Okay, Here are the patches. Both have magikarp as the the demonstration Pokemon, but that's all I know. No choosing legendaries as your starter, unless there's at least two of them.

There still may be a skype thing if you want to catch it.

Because I predict a question: I disqualified myself because I spent about ten minutes sorting out a microphone problem AND ended up losing the first hour of my footage anyway, so I just kinda gave up. I'll still be playing along, though (and joining sessions if Sept lets me get away with it :) ).
Also slakoth.

I left my game running for an hour and a half, my family called me out and I forgot that the time kept running. :/
So my trainer card says "3:30", dunno if that disqualifies me or not. :c

I'll allow it.

It probably won't have drought when it evolves

Is it all right if I just do the whole thing in one sitting one day and just post whatever I get if I actually feel up to doing this?

...The Corphish has Drought too? Weird.

Also, Quagsire are pretty much pure evil in this thing. I don't think I've ever had to resort to strategy as early as Pewter City before.

Thursday, satuday, and sunday seem like the best time that I could participate. Maybe we can do one hour things as well.
