no you have to sing sons of angels from daytona usa cce backwards then reset the game to unlock him

the trick you wrote is to unlock canti from FLCL in the south korean version of sonic 2 special edition (you have to do that code while playing as mai from mai-chan's daily life (guro doujin) and andrew from incontinent student bodies (diaperfur webcomic) while they are wearing the unlockable zangief and draco centauros costumes respectively)
