So I don't know how many of you remember Kilga's infamous LP of this fairly well known Megaman clone, but it introduced me to the game, and as far as Megaman clones go, I'd call it my favorite.

The sequel has been wasting away in development for ages, (three or four years now I think?), but the full version was finally released today, and it's available for purchase on Dlsite.

I'm looking forward to playing it. I'm horrible at megaman, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying these! If you guys like megaman style gameplay, definitely worth checking out.

Already recorded the Prologue-Stage with english Sub on the german Text. But it can might be have Grammar-Mistakes :/

What I've seen so far looks very similiar to the first game, but it's like with the original Mega Man games: Gameplay and graphics stay, new stages, bosses and abilities. I'm too bad at Mega Man to judge if that's a good thing or not.

Pretty smooth run right there, Picochilla. You seem to be one of the first people to upload videos of the game. Looks like it didn't get a lot of attention overall ?

There is actually quite a bit of activity from japanese streamers and on nico. RKS definitely has a huge fanbase, but like any cult classics, you have to move within the cult.

If you're on the outside, you might never hear of it, but if you're among them, it feels like the whole world is playing!

I still stuck at megaman though, so after a few too many pitfalls, I may hold of a bit until kilga posts some things.

How much do you miss if you don't know a single one of them moonrunes? Megaman clones tend to not have a whole lot of text so I'm not too worried but it's just to be safe before buying it?

I always wish someone would do an actual Mega Man fan game with this style of art instead of changing it up. I'm sure it will play well if it's anything like the first that I saw on Kilga's channel.

Isnt an LP only not one with Player-Comments and not only with Translation-Annotations? Because you can´t Count that actually as LP...

I think annotations are fine too. Technically a let's play is more specific but any playthrough is welcome there. So we have this forum for general discussion about the games themselves outside the ones being LPed.

By the Way: I noticed something yesterday. Pamela Arwig is very similar to Grolla Sayfarth.

- They´re both Extra Game-Charactere

- They using both Sword-Type Weapons

- They have both the same Dash-Type

- Both have long Hair with Red-Typed colours

- They wearing Armor

- Grolla uses an Black Armor and Pamela an White Armor (Reference to the Ying-Yang-Symbol?)

-They´re reversed in Boss and Extra-Game. Grolla is more Meele-Attacked by RKSF and Extra-Game (Distance in the original RKS as Boss) and Pamela More in Distance (Meelee in Extra-Game)

-They have both the same Weakness in RKSF

-They both holding their Sword downwards in the Normal Sprite

For everyone, who wants a Challenge: erka:es made an free Mod called Rosenkreuzstilette Freudenstachel [sterblich] where u should beat the Game with just 1 Health. There are no Healing-Items and Cross Tanks in this Mod, but an heighter amount of 1UPs.

You actually just to download the Mod and put the Exe in the RKSF-Folder.
