YEAH JOHNNY'S REVIEW IS HOW I KNOW ABOUT IT IT'S GREAT [insert bottom keysmashing here]
more or less, they're also on consoles and steam but. would you buy a pretty average rpg for 5 bucks or would you just purchase an indie rpg instead and have weird shit be tossed at you for like 10, or even a triple a rpg for 60. take note im the guy who sees good aspects in trash btw
yeah rip treasure, i was watching a friend play dynamite headdy and its so fucking good...
I totally understand that, also there are so many old unique rpgs, you can spend about a decade or more just playing them, skimming through everything without worrying about newer releases, I feel like that's the biggest competition for these "small scale, but not indie" games, not niche and experimental enough, neither popular enough for any potential audience.KobaBeach wrote: ↑1 month ago more or less, they're also on consoles and steam but. would you buy a pretty average rpg for 5 bucks or would you just purchase an indie rpg instead and have weird shit be tossed at you for like 10, or even a triple a rpg for 60. take note im the guy who sees good aspects in trash btw
zenonia and heroes lore fuck as action rpgs despite their platform, but i doubt asdivine is that fun in terms of a turn based rpg. i did like frane (i've only played frane 1 so far) but that was originally a windows 9x game, pretty basic but cozy low budget ys 2 clone with some bishoujo aspects.
people will defend sonic 06 on there because of "my ambitions" and, as someone who can have fun with 06, that game is as stable as the constant re-porting of skyrim. that is sub romancing saga 1 on snes levels of quality, like some megaman x6 korean pc port shit
I might be misremembering, but is it that bad? The game is flawed, mainly due to being too obtuse, but otherwise it's a pretty good game and really unique for its time with how open and branching it is, the gameplay also being an evolution of what the author did in FFII (the real one), I don't think it can be compared to X6 and '06, which are very clearly rushed and broken, to the point of being barely playable at times (the better aspects of X6 come from being made on an already existing engine).
i meant how glitchy it is. i love romancing saga 1 TO DEATH but it's very clearly as stable as a bethesda game or like. sonic adventureNoelle wrote: ↑4 days ago I might be misremembering, but is it that bad? Oh, yeah, fair enough. Pokémon RGBY is pretty much the same, fun game, but held together with duct-tape and love.
