NOTICE: Recommended to update your game to 1.06 to match with everyone else. Version number must be the same for both sides of the netplay in order for it to work.
Download Version 1.06 Here
so yea, if you play SWR just say it here and when anyone said mentioned is available, then they can arrange a match together.
simple, no?
note about netplaying if you are unfamiliar.
you need to have a port hosted on your internet, which i highly doubt any of you know how to do.
the alternative is to download Hamachi.
Talkhaus's (Temporary?) Hamachi Network is as follows.
Network Name: Phaiyte
Password: 321Jesus
-note, Hamachi is case-sensitive-
Instructions of Setting Up:
Both Players:
- Open Hamachi
- Create a Network or Join an Existing Network
- Open up SWR when both players are ready
- Go to Network Match
- Click on the 1st Option (Host a Match)
- When asked for port number, leave it as is and continue (10800)
- Wait for Opponent to respond
Method1 - Manual
- Go to Network Match
- Click on the 2nd Option (Join a Match)
- Enter in the IP Address of Hoster here using the Hamachi IP Address of the Hoster (Note, if IP Address is, for example, 5.22.1.152, enter the IP as if there are 0's before each number until theres 3, 005.022.001.152)
- When asked for port number, leave it as is and continue (10800)
- Wait for Confirmation and begin playing.
- Type the IP Address exactly as it is from the Hamachi network, along with the Port somewhere. NOTE: Port Number will be written after the IP Address following a colon(:). Example, 5.22.1.152:10800
- Copy the IP + Port into Clipboard (Highlight entire thing then press CTRL+C)
- Go to Network Match
- Click on the 2nd to Last Option (Join Using Clipboard)
- Wait for Confirmation and begin playing.
- Repeat Steps for Challenger. But do so after the match starts. You will be able to watch the Hoster and Challenger netplay.
The netmatch will start as soon as the Challenger finishes inputing. A confirmation sound will play if successful.
