on the rewind fight: i would have thrown the magnet realism out the window and just had east and west as their own things.

rewind's weird racism is fine in the context of the story, it's clearly portrayed as being wrong and borderline destructive demo and iris don't have a stake in things either way, and could probably be talked into reviving the ABCDs if it was at a more reasonable cost than literally everything i stil...
