Ok, new IPS ready for playing. (It's the first level, P.Key's Mansion)
Changed a few colors, enemy placement, "puzzles" and aesthetics resulting in something I'm actually quite happy about.
Feedback is very appreciated.

Download this from super mario world central, then copy your ROM and a clean, plain, standard nintendo SMW ROM into a folder, then you run LIPS.exe, select CREATE IPS PATCH, choose the clean ROM first, then choose your ROM hack and then you just determine a place to save the .ips to. FIX: Palettes, cutoff around pipes, enemy variation, cutoff on "roof" slope. do not be afraid to request ExGFX and make modified versions of some of those for your level, it's a good thing, and we have plenty of ExGFX slots. Extra tiles are more limited, but we should have plenty of space...
