That green has a very pleasant feeling on the game! I'm glad it'll be an option to use for the palette.

Re: Mosts 2016 Preparation

So, after some hard thinking, I've decided not to be the showrunner this year. As fun as it'd be, I think that most of the enjoyment comes from being an involved member in the community, and I don't really feel like one. I might consider doing the mosts if I ever became involved enough with the talk...

Re: Mosts 2016 Preparation

If I'm elected, I will not make changes on how the mosts are handled during the voting/post-voting periods. Once we come to conclusions about how the mosts will be run, those conclusions will be final. Unless serious malfunction occurs, this principle will be very firmly held. Why is this a bad thi...

Mosts 2016 Preparation

The end of 2016 is approaching, and with that, the mosts are coming up. However, rather than making rushed decisions at the last minute like was done last year, this year we're going to (hopefully) more clearly define how the mosts are going to be run. Without further ado... anomaly is doing the mos...

Re: The people websites attract

I'm estimating that part of it has to do with the kind of content provided by the website itself. Reddit is primarily based around votes, (discussion as well, though votes will determine what discussion you see most of the time) so it's more prone to circlejerking than tumblr or facebook, which brin...

Re: Twitter Thread

I've had f.lux installed for at least a year now and keep closing it when the screen starts to turn yellow out of habit regardless of whether I'm working on art or not. I really need to break that habit... Perhaps you could turn it to a softer setting so it won't bother you as much. For right now a...

Re: Twitter Thread

Huh... So I just started using f.lux myself, and it seems pretty nice. I like how you can change the amount of dimness it will do, since I operate with fluorescent lights myself, and f.lux would not bode well under some of those stronger settings. The fact it has a linux version is also a win. :mrgr...

1: Windows isn't an open system by any interpretation of the word Various pieces of software by Microsoft are becoming open source one-by-one, but you're right that for the most part Windows itself is very closed-off at the moment. I scanned through the questions on the test again, and strangely I've found that some of the more offensive ones I remember from before aren't there anymore. Weird. have you read the FAQ? they've received many accusations of being biased towards both the "left" and "right". i don...

Re: Political Compass and Personality Test

Yeah they are a bit biased in the way they're worded, and a lot depend on a policy or situation. I just go to the point of the question rather than question itself and answer either strongly agree or disagree to avoid that. At first glance it seems like that's the best way to go about it, but then ...

Re: Political Compass and Personality Test

I've never liked the political compass test, its questions are really biased and address very particular subjects in our society. The last time I took it though (two years ago) I was middle-authoritarian. I was an ENFJ when I saw the MBTI last, though I took it from multiple sites to test the validi...

I live in a "tropical" country which experiences both extreme heat and bone-chilling cold, so I've gotten accustomed to both over time. To me, it only really feels terrible if I'm stuck with thick jeans and a jacket in 30+ (C) weather, or I'm stuck with thin clothing (no full undergarments...

I think I have guilty pleasures that include literally every game I owned before I was ten let's see where I can start... - Lego Island 2 It's basically your typical fetch quest game, except the gameplay quality's even worse than average. To be honest, even as a little kid I didn't pay attention to ...
