I don't know whether to be amused or sad that raocow managed to completely and utterly forget that upward throws are a thing for a long time :( I blame SMB3, and SMBX making upward throws practically unusable!

It'd have been better if world 0 was locked behind the star coins and then the replays unlocked bits of world 0.
