Dangit raocow, I got to 96 in the dash game before I somehow lost the ability to chain-dash from being tired.

Also I have heard the second prize is 800 chain-dashes... good luck with that

If you're talking North path then yes, you can get all 8 without anything special

The dude you talk to shows you four, but there are indeed eight. The indication is the 8 module door has eight triangles, you can see only the middle ones light up when going to it with only 4. The 3 triangle door is missing the four 'outer' triangles of the diamond shape.

I found the east boss to be much easier than the north one, so well done on choosing that path first raocow. I had to laugh at raocow saying "that was well hidden" to that module, having seen some of the actually well hidden modules. Though at the same time I was literally terrible when I started too.

I'm curious about the two dash upgrades too, I only got the one in the dojo, considering it's the same button combo do they... combine or something?

Also I'm finding raocow's search for the fake stars way more enjoyable than I thought I would, it's weirding me out.

I would have much preferred just a postgame difficulty course with the remaining stars, even though I got all 130 stars when I played.. postgame doesn't make me happy, and dear lord raocow I wish you luck trying to do it without savestates, don't forget the angercow warning.

I think for a long time this was considered the most well made, now that Last Impact is out I don't know if that's still the case (haven't played it yet but heard good things).

The postgame in this hack though, if you can call it that is super dissapointing to me.

Bowser's place has a star just like the other ones, but even if beating Bowser gives you a star that's still one star off 120

God I hated using the cannon to go through the rings, but oddly enough I can't seem to remember this star in the factory people are dreading, guess I'll just wait an episode or two for the memories to come screaming back. ^_^

I don't think the boss ever broke for me either in my playthorugh (or at least, I don't remember it happening), which seems surprising considering how easily it seems to break Huh. I'm surprised so many people got confused over the sign, considering what the Vanish Cap stage looks like it's kinda obvious it's just flavour-text saying that's where said stage is, I thought it was cute when I played.

From what I remember the first star of the UFO level is easily the hardest one, the rest should be pretty doable.

Wow that sped up segment at the beginning hurt my eyes..., but hey it's the last world place, I love the levels here. ^_^

Using the metal cap to get up that little lavafall always amuses me.

My nan used to have what my mother called 'French Windows', which was basically a door built into a row of windows. Nothing like the window shutters in that level, but it's something.
