Crystal Snail seems like the best stage and boss so far.

The stage music seemed more like a Sonic game, than Touhou/Castlevania

I like that it apparently takes you the better part of a day to get through the stage. Starts out in the day, then the sun sets, and by the time you fight Gator it's night time. Also I like the SMB1 graphics. It's SMB3 we see a lot of (or its upports).

It's weird but I think if this was any other hack (like ASMT, SMWCP, uh MGU, TSRP, whatever) I would probably be rabble rabble over the lack of visual/musical quality but I have been perfectly okay with it in this game.
