Can I do/have the code for the "cave" level before the castle?

Hm...I guess we could have someone who's good with Map16 make custom sprites for the hack and distribute it around, or add it in the finished product (if that's how it works).

I'm not familiar with Map 16 at all. What exact does it do?

Yellow triangles are fine. It's yellow CHEVRONS we need to worry about.

But yeah, that looked horribly broken. And it worries me because there's a high chance there'll be other "stroke of genius contraptions" that will ruin future levels.

I must say, despite stupid deaths, raocow does play rather well. Besides the first world, I doubt I could handle a savestateless run. The 360 controller depends on the game/system. If the game uses a joystick, the 360 controller is usually pretty good. If you're playing a game that requires use of the D-pad, stay away from the 360 controller! The d-pad is terrible and more often than not, I find the keyboard is better to use.
