You can fiddle with mouse sensitivity in the Options : Mouse menu

Rondo of Blood is pretty boss. Fuckin' hard tho, and because I played Symphony of the Night before it, I have trouble getting past the fact that Richter controls like a typical Belmont; that is, he is like a monster truck in an F1 race.
