Oh gosh, is there like... a constant RNG check ticking away to summon the horde of the harpy king from now on? Can that happen anywhere? It can't happen in Cloud Citadel (where not the Harpy King strikes) and a section needs to be at minimum 2 screens wide or tall, so it won't happen during bosses.
