I think enemies respawn if you move 2 or 3 screens away? I forget the exact number but I'm sure I remember being able to just leave through a couple screen transitions then come back when I needed an enemy back.

There's not enough space for both after Mark of Pride and Quick Focus which are both pretty much necessary in the harder bosses.

Granted you could do longnail instead of pride and do both but that leaves no space for anything else.

I think raocow definitely has the skills to do it eventually, but it takes a huge amount of practising and just isn't realistically doable as part of the LP.
