The icons at the top mean your config pack is somehow not set up for SMBX. Are you opening the editor by running SMBX2.exe and hitting Create? That should have the correct config pack by default. The handbook is written for the version of the editor that comes with the SMBX2 MAGLX3 build. I know most BGOs always render in the background, but what about the tiles with collision? Is there any way to mark them to always appear above or behind certain other layers, or is it solely dependent on the order you create them in the level?
