I mean, raocow has already refined his complaint to wishing that they didn't respawn so quickly. You could still farm infinite confetti and charge-sparkles if enemies waited a full minute before respawning, or until you switched the active checkpoint twice, or something like that.

Oh yeah, I know... this is a thing with every game raocow plays. It's especially bad during SMW/SMBX games, where sometimes raocow will make a comment about the background music (or the game is doing a funny moment with a specific song) and I'm like "what?" and rewind and can't really tell...

I appreciate you posting the music here, since I've always found the game audio in rao's videos a bit too low to really hear more than a vague hint of the music, and this music is great.

(I get the impression that most people don't have this problem, but my ears can be weird sometimes.)

There've been some quality-of-life changes sense then, but more importantly raocow's better at videogames than me, and has his weird relationship with difficulty where it sometimes feels like his skill level scales...
