I say he should play a Touhou game...Maybe...Megamari? Or New Super Marisa World? It's WAAAY better than Super Marisa World.
Mystic Chain is also pretty great.

Re: The raocow
I feel my gender is a big "screw you I'm female" thing now. Hm. Anyways, no raocow has pegs for legs ...I mean, he has big feet, he's tall. You know what big feet mean? Big socks. But he doesn't like wearing socks. raocow should be an 80's kid if anything. No, that'd be mean. Then I'd hav...

Hey hey now people. Rikun is a pretty cool gal. Let's just all agree that we are all jerks sometimes. Except Rikun, because she is a girl and I believe in the dead art of chivalry. Seriously people, it's not cool to insult a lady. We are all wrong, we all do stupid careless things. But recognizing t...

My poem didn't have meaning...sadfaceRikunFrances wrote:Haikus follow a 5-7-5 syllable pattern.
I may have messed up a bit because, at least where I live, a lot of words are said as 1 syllable.
I like poetry, if it's written well with meaning.

Re: The Poetry Thread
I'm gonna re-post this.
I made that other thread, but I want it in this one, like an archive kinda thing.
Feel free to ignore this, I won't be offended if nobody mentions this post, just a clerical thing.

The more I think about it, the less physical raocow becomes.
I don't think he has a physical body.
I think he's a poltergeist, and he lives in side a paper bag with a smiley face, cat ears, and foot penned on.

Re: I wrote a poem. =D
I'd like it better if it wasn't so long and it was actually a picture of two musclebound men The length was part of the joke. A cheep, really lame joke, but so was everything else. I really wish I could do concrete poetry, because the words would totally have formed a handsome muscle stud. But I kn...

There should really be a stickied poetry thread, maybe then I'd share my "art". (My poetry usually sounds emo...) But it's really good nonetheless. I dunno what it's about, is it about that high-scholastic book you were talking about in the gazebo? Otherwise I linked it to...Enders Game. ...

Entrance into Touhou Fanboyism, it's a dark, steep, decent.
It started with a bit of toying about with Perfect Cherry Blossoms about a year ago. After a month of playing, I decided to try the others. I tried Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, Phantasmagoria of Flower View, Imperishable Night... but it was just a casual, once or twice a week thing. Play an hour of ...

The shrine is actually a representation of Mario's conversion to Buddhism.
Underground Storage is Buddhist Hell, Ice Side, or Abruda Naraka.( Assume Mario get's the lowest, as his skin was not poping.)

Re: Sequence Breaking, etc
Now I bet a lot of you are thinking "Pfft, why does he think he's so great, I bet I could play circles around him at Zelda." How many of you can boast beating Ocarina of Time in under three hours without being hit ONCE. Excluding cinematic, naturally. Was the arrogance strictly necessary?...

Re: Sequence Breaking, etc
The point is to PLAY the game fastest, not manipulate it the fastest. Grumble grumble, semantics, grumble. This is what I was talking about. How is pressing A after reading a sign (to activate ISG, needed for bomb hovering among other things) different from pressing A to attack an enemy (and don't ...

Re: Sequence Breaking, etc
I'd like to go on record and make a formal objection to you referring to sequence breaking as cheating. It's gonna just boil down to semantics, I'm sure of it, but "cheating" is a bit strong. So long as you're not using an external device to alter the game, everything's legit in my book. ...

It's not so much sequence breaking on purpose but I will absolutely go everyplace I can in a game without proceeding in the direction that it wants me to until such a time as I have no choice but to do so. Maybe this is a pretty standard thing *shrug* But as mentioned leveling too much in an RPG ha...

Re: Sequence Breaking, etc
COUNTLESS times in various Zelda games.
In the 2-D games, you can jump gaps with bombs.
I don't think they planed that you'd do that, except one little area.
Also, Bomb jumps aren't supposed to let you jump three whole tiles, but that never stopped me.

"Hey, wanna see a picture Rikun drew of you of what she thinks you look like based on the "dreams" thread, also located in the Gazebo?" He's actually already posted in this very thread, that's why it was dead for a bit, he made things like riding the awkward turtle. Also, raocow...
