Speaking of engines, could someone write a guide to how Mario moves in various situations in Super Mario World? I need to implement some player physics in an engine I'm working on, and I'd gladly write up a SMBX-style thing if someone would write up such a guide.

The difference between NO and OFF should have been about, say, only being able to spin-jump when the switch was OFF, because then ON would be "NO", and OFF would be different from that. In this, I learned the difference between ON and OFF, which is nothing ground-breaking, to say the least...

Oh, I never realized Wave of Awesome was a neutral attack.
Quick question, why are there different meters for the elemental attacks? The main limiting factor on them seems to be the overall spirit meter, and I think raocow has only depleted an element's meter without depleting the spirit meter once.

Also, the block you use to hit the guy despawns too far down on the screen, which is a really stupid thing.

Wow, that alternate solution to the shell level was actually extremely well thought out. Weird for this game.

To be quite honest, the controls aren't really simple enough to require the kind of precision of Think and Act Fast. In, say, Mario World, you have walking, running, jumping and spin-jumping.
