Re: YUMP - Youtube'd Up Mario Party

(if anyone is wondering why the fuck this was accepted: the staff team has decided that this hack is remarkable enough to be accepted into the hacks section, despite violating a number of core values. it's similar to how Chaos CompleXX and MARIO were accepted. thank you and have a nice day) "S...

Re: MaGL 3 results: the real illusions are the platforms

That's great that you think so, but all 4 judges are very much in agreement about the scoring of that level so that's probably just you :)

Re: MaGL 3 results: elite koopa family reunion

I personally feel like 2 midpoints is an alright amount for a larger level (3 would be ok too if one's before the optional boss), but when your level gets to the point of having, like, 5? That's ridiculous. Like, there's obvious good intention putting those and it's not wrong at all, but the better ...

Re: MaGL 3 results: can't spell tragedy without gyrated

... that level looked bad? Art is in the eye of the beholder, I guess. It really did. Not so much the art itself, which, while not the most fantastic on the planet, doesn't hurt to look at in any way, but the random-ass geography everywhere looked stupid. Especially at one or two parts where a cave...

Re: MaGL 3 results: dinosaur land world tour (tm)

The weird magical R move was probably the Peach Bomber (her side-special in smash bros.), author person just forgot to remove the ability to scroll the screen with R so they overlapped weirdly.

Re: MaGL 3 results: dinosaur omelette

Turns out Big Boo and the Boo Ceiling don't love each other so much that Mario disappears.
The super slowness of the climbing part is super bad though, like that's just a lot of boredom waiting around with nothing happening.

Re: MaGL 3 results: playing (9) on the 9th

That "2" level oh me oh my talk about gimmick with nothing else oh boy.
If the level at least had interesting parts to it then it'd be alright but it doesn't!

The flying level was definitely the best level out of any shown so far.
It had gameplay! And a theme!

Re: Make A Good Level Contest (SMW) 3 - Discussion

You'll know that it's a bootleg by the fact that you can't open it in LM. Not that I've EVER come across anything like a bootleg SMW ROM or one paired up with a virus, game ROMs aren't exactly a prime market for that. Not to mention an SMW ROM is .smc, so it's not like you would ever execute a theor...
