The highest coin in the column (right after blue coin) you can easily get by double jump. Also why in the world after obtaining 96 coins in Crystal Ball Room you killed yourself, Raocow?! You could easily leave the room and get 2 red coins outside or 4 normal coins. Why did you do that?!!!

The slowdown when starting Course 15 isn't normal thing. I never had that kind of slowdown. I really strongly suggest loading real save instead savestate. At least check if it's make any difference and then put new savestate.
