Beetlebelle Harbor I'd choose as a close second, it's simple, objective and has a very pleasant atmosphere going.

I find it amusing that a completely non-functional boss got ranked higher than Boss Bot Blue lmao. But I can definitely see the potential, the idea is quite original and it's a shame it didn't work out in the end.
