Thread Locking

Post by supercharizard64 »

I dont see any of these so i decided to make this.

I petition for the ability to lock our own threads so they can die peacefully and not be grave robbed, since not all threads are sent instantly to the grave, making it easier to dump them since you probably can tell if its locked.

is it worth it? <(^-^<) every time an old thread is bumped, a kirby is harmed in some way. Please think about the kirbys.

I second this. Stuff like that has been annoying me lately.

killkirby

Well no. Just that from my general experience, members in general can't be trusted with such a powerful tool like that.

I don't think that that is possible (correct me if I'm wrong) and besides that I think it is unnecessary.
When a thread gets old, it disappears on later pages. And it stays there which is fine. If someone bumps an old thread, they just get a warning and know that. And then the thread either relives or moves down the pages again. No big deal.

Discussed it with siteadmin, too many risks for very little pay off.
And as Kilon said, not even sure if it's possible!

So uh, yeah. Answer is nah.
What?
