I was thinking of a tutorial forum where fellow members can post tutorials on thing like lunar magic , custom graphics , and many other things like how to config camtasia or camstudio. it could be any tutorial like photoshop tuts , Sony Vegas , etc.

Well, someone should make them first. And it sounds like you've only mentioned a few things and they could easily fit into the other forums. Lunar Magic ones in the Romhacking, camwhatevers in the Lets Play, photoshop in artwork.

I think you kids just want a ton of forums
