I don't think tech 2 is op at all. It's not that good without good damage or mulligan.

Edit: there's a fantastic NEW bug though where if you go into any devil room you go all the way back to the first room

Also any secret room you go into will have the top room automatically open (and no others not even the way you came in)

I think achievements are bugged again too cause I didn't get one when I beat the cathederal with isaac (but I found the d20 immediately after [it's awful])

Oh awesome, it finally did unlock.
So greed doesn't exist anymore, and the brimstone really pisses me off. It works, but they changed the controls because uh uh uh uh I don't know. Once you let go of the fire button, if you touch any buttons, it cancels the brimstone shot. It may not sound annoying, but pick it up and try it out.
The cathedral boss reverted to Isaac for me, so what's up with that? Do I really need to deal with the polaroid again? And there was no extra cathedral room or whatever.
Now that I think about it, maybe there was one after I beat the boss, and I was oblivious.

I don't know! All I know is I hate these glitches.

Yeah I've realized what happened now.
I'm not excited to have to win with everyone again with the polaroid, but the fact that you only unlock trinkets is a bit amelioratong because trinkets are stupid.

The ending 13 (Real ending) is actually kinda sad...

After a 2-hour run I get to some place I never got before which is I suppose the super-real amazing end of the game and this happens fuck this game
PS : you can't see it here but the boss has like 5% hp left

PPS : I wasted a heart container at a devil room a few floors before because I bought an item (flying shots?) that turned out to be useless with my weapon (technology 2) and if I still had that heart I'd have probably beat this guy UGH

I needed to post this because that annoyed me.

It's okay; I died there a lot, too, but after practice, you win like every time. Then you can start dealing with the cathedral and chest.
Also, that boss has three forms, so you may've not been at the end.

Oh yeah, actually hitting the open in new tab button makes it very visible.

Oh okay then. Since I already killed a whole bunch of stuff before he turned into that giant devil I assumed that was his final form. Although yeah he doesn't seem that hard but I got hit by surprise by a lot of his attacks like his "oh hey suddenly lasers coming out of my hands" (i.e what killed me in the screen shot)

That's how all the bosses work. You don't know what they do and they kill you then you're ready and they're easy

Unless it's Larry Jr then you just win anyway

Here are some suggestions to improve the game

-Make more enemies than just greed and loki (it's nice you toned down on the headless horsemen heads though)
-Make rooms random, I'm sick of going through the same room 3 to 5 times in a row
-Add more things that follow you around
-Fix things that follow you around turning into brother bobby

Brother bobby is like Isaac because all of the guys that follow you around are brother bobby dressed up, so it's not a glitch.

It's a glitch. Demon baby functions differently (sort of) from brother bobby for instance

I watched some old videos of northernlion playing Binding of Isaac before the DLC

It's weird, he would go inside the rooms that had the money symbol on them

And Greed wouldn't be in there

Apparently, you used to be able to buy items from the shop! I'm glad that they took that out because it sounds like that would really imbalance the game. Now I can spend all my money at the arcade instead, just like real life!!!

I love this game too but yeah, some annoying shit goes down. Like, I respect that it's all random but when you get 6 boring semi-useless items in a row, it's like, oh, I guess I should just reset since I know I'm gonna lose and also this is much less fun than it could be.

Was there a time when greed didn't exist? I'm pretty sure he was there the whole game. Maybe he's more common in the dlc or something.

Also, northernlion is the bomb.

He existed, he just wasn't in every other shop.

Also there wasn't Super Greed, who can be in the shop on the level RIGHT AFTER GREED. Which has happened to me. Multiple times.

if you're in the depths (where you'll actually have money) 9 times out of ten the shop you'll go into has greed in it

Alright, bumping this back since my Isaac spam in the other thread was probably getting annoying to peeps.

I gave my first "legit" attempt at playing through the game as ???, and I managed to get to the Cathedral, but I knew I was gonna die there from the beginning. Whatever. I unlocked the D6, so I won't complain.
